Legal Question in Insurance Law in Louisiana
My Father retired from the Red Cross after 38 years and it was part of his benefits that he and my Mother would continue their Health Insurance after his retirement. My Father passed away about 5 years ago and my Mother was just informed in a letter that 'they' the Red Cross has decided not to continue to cover retirees health insurance. Can they do this?
