Do I need to petition the court to get them to decide on a declatory judgement?
My mom left insurance after she passed away. Her husband protested it and the money was placed in the court upon a judgement from a judge. Answers have been filed with the court. Do I need to do anything to get this case heard? My mom has been gone for over a year now.
