Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana

Family has 142 acres of land in Caldwell Parish, Louisiana, & want to lease again to this farmers who owns the lands around it. In past family just had word of mouth lease, now I want a written lease, and an attorney to help us draw it up. I'd like a share percent part of what farmer makes, rather than yearly leasse "written" that is, but would do what's best. Who & where is an attorney? I/we live in Ruston, Louisiana. You should check with the local bar association and they should be able to provide a list of the attorneys in the Ruston area or Caldwell parish who handle real estate issues.
