Legal Question in Military Law in Louisiana

Military Discharge

I was inquiring on any information gathered on military discharge upgrades. My information was sent off for revewal to the Naval Personnel Boards. I attempted to contact them after approximately six months and didn't succeed. Several attempts after have turned up the same, only a recording. If anyone has been in this situation before or has any legal advise on the matter please contact me. Also if you have information on this matter please contact for assistance on the process and I will provide details on the matter.

Thanks for the Assistance.

Re: Military Discharge

I have been involved with these issues with the Army and the Navy. In general, it may take up to a year or more to get a response from them because of the shear number of requests that they receive each year. As an alternative, you may wish to write to your senator or congressman from Louisiana to make a well placed inquiry for you. This at least will tell you the status of your application.

Good Luck!!!
