I fell in a kroger recently and hurt my back. i filed a report with the manager immediately. what should i do now?

If you were a customer or visitor and have sustained an injury, you have one year from the date of accident to file a personal injury lawsuit. If you are an employee and are injured, you will need to follow the workers compensation policy the store will apprise you of.
