Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

We have 14 acres in East Feliciana. There are 7 acres belonging to someone else behind our property and we give them right of way to the road. They use the road to ride 4 wheelers and tear it up. Do we have the right to ask them not to pleasure ride on the road. It is a gravel road, do they have to help maintain the road.
