Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

I was forced and pressure to sale my house to my daughter and her Boyfriend because it was in Foreclosure .My daughter boyfriend Mother wrote the Loan Contract Agreement that states they gave me 4000.00$ down and then they were suppose to pay me 500.00$ each month for 3 Months then after they pay in full 36,000.00$ but they only paid 800.00$ in total payments but i never got paid any more. We are now in the 6 st mouths and they haven t paid me .My Daughter Boy Friend mom transferred with an Quit Claim Deed the title name of the property in my daughter and her boy friend names without paying the full amount of money.there was no interest attached to the quit deed claim contract.i joint documents online: https://viewer.zoho.com/docs/rSa0ae
