Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Louisiana
I have been knowing a customer of mine through other people for a few years.this person has recently started texting me offering me money for sex.Is this a sexual harassment case? should I or should I contact my attorney?

This is not sexual harassment as he has to have some authority over you. However, it could be a crime.l
