"Should I tell whether or not I have a criminal background when I am the Plaintiff involved in a Sexual harrassment suit" The manager at a store for a very large company in the state that I live in made an offer to perform oral sex on me for xamount of dollars. I called his Supervisors boss and requested that the tape for our shift be pulled, I ended up getting fired because he and I had words. Because it continued to the point where I was afraid of being alone with him. Time has passed everything has worked in my favor except for the interrogatories the question is do you have a criminal background ? Yes.But I'm not on Probation and I am now a Bussiness owner in addition to having my What should I do? p.s. My attorney doesn't even know.

You should have an attorney that you can trust.

Then you should confide in that attorney, i.e., tell

him. He will tell you whether top say yes or what to say.

In some cases an attorney can help you to avoid answering

a question which is irrelevant without tipping off the

other side to the reason for protesting the question.
