Are employers REQUIRED to keep current signed sexual harrasment and discriminatin policies on file for each employee?

There is no law requiring that. However, it is an excellent policy, as it proves that you have a policy in place and that each employee was advised of the policy. It is also a good policy to train all of your employees on sexual harassment.
