Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
driving under suspension
i got caught driving under suspension back in 03. then i got caught again 7/11/08 i was told that i could get my dl back and the da would work with me. but the d.m.v. has put there on suspension on me and wont take it off. but i have not been convicted of anything. can they do that,an if so what can i do about it. am i looking at jail time or a big fine

You need to find out what the suspension is for specifically. The DMV will tell you exactly what you need to do.
