Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
What to expect?
I got a ticket for doing 54 in a 25 schoolzone, but there were no signs or lights for the school. It's on a highway so I was going the speed limit. I have a court date and was wondering, what to expect? I have another speeding ticket, seat belt ticket, and expired brake tag, also I'm on probation for hit and run.... What should I expect, a big fine or time? Also should I get a lawyer?
