Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
my son got some tickets and never told me. now i got served by a olice officer to go to court. what can i do? what will the consequences be?

First of all, what were the tickets? Secondly, is he a juvenile (I assume he is)? Thirdly, have you asked your son and what did he say? Before thirdly, have you taken his driving previleges away from him? Assuming he is a minor, he will owe fines and may have his driver's license suspended by the Court......but since you already have you can tell the court that and it will help with the rest of it.
