Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

My father died and did not leave a will. He left behind myself, my three sisters, and my mother. Is my mother legally entitled to all financial and proprietal benefits or should it be divided between us all?

Assuming that all of your father's assets were community property, his children inherit his one-half of the community property, but your mother has the use of it during her lifetime.
