Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

I live on MS. my father owned a home in Gretna LA. he passed away about 7 or 8 years ago he was married after he died, my brother went to an attourney and forced her out the houae she has moved away and dont know where to find her since them my brother moved in the house and wont do amything as for as opening up succession . I am disabled and cannot afford to hire am attourney on my own . He knows my health is very very poor and I feel like he is holding out for me to die because he knows my sister wont go up against him. The attourney he had in the beginning died. and his son wanted a laefw sum of money. This is my brothers excuse so he says. PleaseII need some legal advice I have a 14 year old daughter I might nor see anything from my fathers estate before I die . But I want my daughter to have something,

Anyone can open the succession. You will need to hire an attorney. There is just no getting around it. Hire a lawyer and open succession.
