Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Louisiana

When my mother passed she still had my dad as the beneficiary for her 401k and other retirement plans even those they were seperated. Since then my father has passed but never collected the money. Is there anything i can do to recieve these funds??

You need to find out who is the administrator of the 401K. Contact them to see what documentation they need to pay out the proceeds of the 401K..
