if the deffendant files for a motion to dissolve and the plaintiff does not show or receive the papers by the new court date what will happen

A motion like that needs to be sent to the other party at the address they have provided to the court. They will have 20 days to respond before the court will take it into consideration. Without knowing anything else, I can't say what might happen.
