my rights to the martial property during the divorce

I am in the process of a divorce. I have filed for divorce in the state of maine, but I have not served my wife yet. My question is: If she insists on me moving out of the house, what are my rights to stay in the house?

Re: my rights to the martial property during the divorce

The court will decide if both parties can continue to live in the house or if one party is to move out. Such will be accomplished with a temporary order. please call for a free consultation. The answer really depends upon the facts of the case.
