I am on a month to month lease,does my landlord have the right to evect me at any time she wants,even though i pay my rent every month

Yes, your LL can raise the rent or terminate the tenancy upon one rental period's notice.

Similarly, YOU can terminate it on that amount of notice and are not locked in to a 6 month or 1 year term. (It goes both ways.)
