Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maine

Expired Lease

I signed a lease for a boat slip and in the lease it stated I was responsible for

paying the eletricity. The landlord made no arrangements for me to pay the

eletricity. A year passed, the lease expired and I signed a new one with the

same conditions. I am no longer in the slip and both leases have expired.

Can I still beheld responsible for the eletricial bill after the lease expires.

Thanks, Kara
