what to do????

my father passed away a few years ago. before he passed he told my sisters and i that we would be all set. we would not be rich but all set. our step mother has not mentioned any thing to us. where can we get a copy of his trust?

It's possible that he kept his Will or trust at the local Probate Court. You can check with them. He also could have a copy with his lawyer, if you know who that is.

Finally, your step mother may have something. The only way to find out is to ask her.
