the mother of my child keeps moving from state to state with two kids she now lives here she trying to steal the baby from me is it true both of us already have custody in md

There is either a court order that spells out your custody rights or there isn't. If there is no court order, neither of you has superior rights to the other. You would need to petition the Circuit Court in your county or hers to establish who has legal and physical custody (which can be joint) and what amount of child support is to be paid by each parent.

I agree with Attorney Sher except you don't have custody right unless you have established paternity. The information you provided does not disclose if you have done so.
