Legal Question in Disability Law in Maryland
Homeowner wants exception for RV to be stored in driveway based on real medical needs for Daughter. Covenants say no RV's stored in driveway. No rules for allowing exceptions.

Answer depends on terms of covenants. Would need to read them to confirm what you are saying. Only other solution is to propose an amendment to covenants, to be approved by the members, providing the association with the right to make an exception. That could be an uphill task.
