Can a person make additions after the court has been petitioned for Chapter 7 re

Can parking tickets be considered when filing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, also can you make additions to your bankruptcy filing?

yes to the 1st quest. and No to the 2d. You can amend your creditor sch and mailing matrix, You'll have to pay a $20 fee to add. Fines and government penalties can not be discharged. Read the exceptions as to discharge. It's in the code. They include criminal restitutions, domestic obligations, and the like. You can go ahead and list the tickets, but MVA or DMV will still carry those as delinquent and maybe suspend your licenses. Call if you need more info.
