Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
Agent contract
Please advise what contracts should we use with a person who
a) will be acting as a carrier of our merchandize from us to another location
b) will be keeping in a safe place and shipping our merchandize to our customers when instructed by us.

You need a delivery and bailment contract, setting forth the terms of delivery, timing, allocation of liability for damage to the items being delivered, and other related matters.
