Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
As a director of a non profit (501)(c)(3) (application submitted and pending) in my name, are my personal assets exposed in any legal action filed against the non profit?

No. The corporation is a legal entity unto itself, and as a director your personal assets are not the same as the corporation's.
