Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Maryland

When a search warrant is executed and specifics clearly what they are looking for and where they can look, is there a general rule for expectation of privacy. For example, opening my medicine cabinet, locating my pillbox and questioning me about medical diagnosis?

The search warrant was not read to me until 15 minutes later. Upon entering my house, they stated they were looking for drugs (which turned out to be a lie) I was placed in handcuffs and seated in my living room. No rights were read to me at any time. I asked numerous times if I could use my bathroom. They would not let me. I remained in cuffs for over n hour while they tore my house apart.

Can an employer tell entire organization I am fired when at the time I was not? A letter went home to the parents and students of the high school stating charges are filed against me and a substitute teacher will be taking over my classes for the rest of the year?

If can be proven, using my diagnosis to fire when. I have documentation that the investigation and this process would take 5 months. After I turned a slip in from my doctor taking me out of work so test could be done, they moved forward to fire me. They even had a meeting while I was in the hospital. This was done in days not weeks or months,

Can an employer inquire about medication terminology placed on a disability form?
