Old Dental Bill

I received a bill from a dentist from services on 9/24/02, do I still have to pay this bill? I live in PG County, MD and not sure what the statute of limitations are. Thanks

The general statute of limitations in Maryland is three years. It can be extended if you have made a payment after the services were performed, acknowledged the debt, or an agreement was signed under seal.
