Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

back in october 2010 i got a citition for drug paraphalia ( weed ) they offered me a diverison program in nov but due to time issues and family issues i declined now i got a court date on friday but to my surprise it has a drug possession ( weed ) charge as well as the paraphalia charge. what is the worst that could happen to me and well what should i do. this happened in mo county mdand i live in pg county md .thanks in advance
