cocaine possesion

i you have been stopped and are in possession of 2 grams of powder cocaine is it a felony or misdemeanor and what are the sentences if you have no priors

This is a misdemeanor in State court. You can get up to 4 years incarceration, but on a first offense you can make a pretty strong argument that you should get no time and hopefully, if you do the right things, keep this off your record. But you should also get a criminal defense lawyer to explore possible defenses.
