second degree domestic violence
my son was charged with domestic violence, even thou he didn't touch his wife, wife is contacting commissioners office to retract her statement - as she was intoxicated - will this clear my sons name ? as it is the state v my son

The chances are he will still have to go to court, because the State doesn't often take care of cases outside of the courtroom.
