Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Are fraudulent chargebacks illegal? I was in a very tight financial situation earlier this year ... I went ahead and did a few chargebacks on my bank account ...ignored the whole issue well now I have a sit down with a detective about the whole ordeal
Is it criminal?

Anytime you use the word fraudulent, it is illegal. Talk to a lawyer before you talk to a detective.
