Possesion of Marijuana
I was charged with possession of marijuana when i was with a friend who had gotten pulled over for speeding. We were smoking in the car and the officer searched the car and im not sure what he found becuase he did not display anything for us to see, but i was searched and they found nothing on me, I was takin to jail but am not sure why they charged me with possession. I want to know how I go about this in court?
