Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

I was a victim in an armed robbery about a month ago at an friend's apartment at a college and have since spoken to the police. But because my boyfriend had been staying with me they have been calling him repeatedly and claim they have enough evidence to arrest him. They went to one of his friends houses to speak with him because he was also up there, but we think the reason they want to arrest them is just because there was video footage of him outside my apartment carrying a duffel bag (which was filled with clothes an Xbox and beer). An officer wants me to go over phone records with him because my boyfriend's friend was in my call log (boyfriend's phone was dead so I could only communicate with him through his friends phone during the time we weren't together). The officer said something about how 'oh everyone thinks the girlfriend and boyfriend did it' but we had absolutely nothing to do with it and he made me worried that this can get twisted around, so what is my next move now? I haven't spoken to a lawyer because I can't afford one and there is no set court date so I can't get a pd.

Your question is confusing, you say that you were the "victim" but that you and your boyfriend had something to do with the robbery. Please clarify. Are you the victim or the suspect?

Stop talking to the police until you talk to a lawyer. Find the money if you don't qualify for a PD.
