Warrant for Disorderly conduct on private property

As a general rule, if a warrant has been issued for your arrest, you missed a court date. See a criminal lawyer, like myself, to attempt to get the warrant lifted. Statute of limitations applies to being charged, not speedy trial. In district court in Md. there is generally no right to speedy trial. However, that could depend on the circumstances. Again, see a criminal lawyer.
