Legal Question in DUI Law in Maryland

My daoughter is applying for a hospital job and it asked if she ever was convicted or found guilty including DUI. She received PPJ and it was 4 years ago. Would it still show on her record? Should she say No? How do you get a charge expunged? Thank you so much.

Probation before judgement (pbj) is not a conviction. A person must petition for expungement, but until it is granted people will see the charge and outcome. I offer a free initial consultation.
