Legal Question in DUI Law in Maryland

Driving on a rovoked license

Last year I was sentenced to 3o days in jail and 12 months suspended for my second DUI. I am about to be off of probation in the next couple weeks and today I had to drive to work since my ride bailed on me. I was pulled over but not for speeding (something happeend in the neighborhood) and im wondering whats the best thing to do and is driving on a revoked license a violation of probation? will this send me to jail? and will it stop me from getting my license back in january?

Re: Driving on a rovoked license

You are probably in violation for the Driving Suspended, but what will happen will depend on many factors. You cannot be violated if you win the new case. You should consult an attorney ASAP because it sounds like there may be an issue with the traffic stop in this case.
