My attorney was disbarred the divorce paper work does not say anything about me receiving retirement benefits what do I do?

You may have to re-open the divorce to seek the retirement benefits. I would like to see your case documents, specifically any separation agreement as well as whether there are any notations by the judge that were made on the docket.
