Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I am going through a bitter divorce. I have a phone contract, paid both phones, he paid for the past two months of service. He says that I have been harrasing him. He contacts me just as much and with just as nasty of stuff. A few days ago he said stop contacting me on my phone, so i sent four short quick texts saying it was my phone. Can he charge me with harrassment?

HE can't do anything. Only the police can charge you with harassment and likely won't if the police are called and find out you are in the middle of a nasty divorce where you both are obviously acting like 5 year olds. STOP!
