Emergency removal of a violent juvenile from my home

I have a 15 yr old daughter who has ben in through the court system and returned to my home. The local police will not help me in finding an agency to remove this child- I have 4 other children younger than her at home. This child is physically violent towards them-she uses drugs and smokes in my house, curses at me and them and basically runs my household. I need immediate help-Please refer me or have someone contact me- Her probation officers are continuing to let this happen-My other children especially the ones closer to her age are showing tendencies to head in the same direction. Help me before someone is hurt or killed by violence or fire by this child.

I find it hard to understand how the police could refuse to take action if you report that your daughter is using drugs illegally in your home and is physically violent towards your other children. Considering the violence, you should be able to persuade the Department of Social Services to intervene in the interest of the other children. Call Child Protective Services and discuss the situation with them.
