Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

my exhusband hasnt seen his kids in over a year and my husband now wants to adopt them, how would i be able to do that ? oh and i have no clue where he resides besides that its in pa. he has no job or car and he has never paid child support nor helped provide them with anything, hes been in and out of jail for physical abuse on me and not paying child support.

Your best bet for adopting the child is to hire a Maryland family law attorney to assist you. If the Dad is not in the picture, it makes things easier in ways and harder in others to adopt.
