what do i do now that i filed a request for default (which was denied)in a divorce petition?do i request a hearing and how do i get that form?im in md.

You can file a petition for reconsideration. However, those petitions are very unlikely to be successful. Go to the Univ. of Maryland or Baltimore Law Libraries to read on the bases for filing the petition/motion. Otherwise, you have to move forward and prepare your case. Again, you can obtain forms and read up on the law at these law libraries.

More than likely your petition for default was denied because you did not follow the Maryland rules. Do you think you will fare better at a hearing. Talk to a lawyer.
