Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

married and still live together. getting a divorce. we have 1 child (boy) who's 10. she we both agree to "joint legal custody" but not "joint physicall custody".

WIFE: wants sole "physical custody". according to her, i can come and get him "ANYTIME" i want without any problems and/or restrictions.

ME: i want "joint physical custody" with me 1-day, and her 1-day, and spilt every other weekend, or

i want our son with me for 1-week, and with her for 1-week.

also, my son has stated to his mother that he desires to live with me and be able to see his mother all of the time.

so what is the best advise you can provide

If you can't agree on the custody arrangement it will be resolved by a judge as part of the divorce and you need to retained an experienced family attorney to represent your interests.
