Assuming the decision to live apart was mutual, you can file for a divorce based on a 1-year voluntary separation. If he cooperates, and you know where he is, it can be done in 2-3 months, and will cost @$1000. This assumes there are no other issues, such as property, joint debts--in other words, that all you are requesting is the divorce itself, and he doesn't contest it.
