Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I'm currently in the military stationed in Maryland. I am trying to get custody of my sisters. They reside in Greene County, Missouri. I can't afford an attorney and I dont know what forms to file. Can i file custody for my sisters and what forms must i use to file the case?

There are no "forms" to file as such. I suggest you contact the Lawyer Referral Service of the Montgomery County Bar Association (I assume from your zip code you're in Montgomery; if not, contact the bar association in the county where you're stationed) and get a referral to a family law attorney who can give you the information necessary to determine whether and how to proceed. These consultations typically cost $40-50. You may not be able to do this in MD since you're only here with the military; you would probably have to file in MO.
