Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

In Nov I took my 12 year old's father to court and we both agreed to joint custody, in the order it's agreed by both parties that if by a certain day he didn't have him enrolled in private school i was allowed to register him in the school in my area. He was upset and my son was and is scared of him. He stopped coming around on his own. My question is when we go to court for child support will I get awarded support and would my son HAVE to go with him even though he doesn't want to

Unless you get the visitation/custody order modified, his father is entitled to the agreed upon times with your son. If there has been a significant change in circumstances since the last court hearing, you might have grounds for a change, but since it was so recent it probably won't happen. Courts are loath to deny visitation to a parent of a 12 year old.
