Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My son and his wife were in the hospital, and the wife's brother took the baby over the state line from Maryland to Michigan without either parents permission. The Uncle will not bring the baby back.

What can I do? My son is now out of the hospital, and they refuse to return his son to Maryland or let him see it.

CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY and report the child kidnapped. If you know where the brother and baby are, tell the police. If not, tell the police that and an amber alert will be issued for the child. Don't delay.
