Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Can I sue my father for harassment, deleting business phone calls, destroying my right of privacy? And not giving me 30 days to move out, emotional distress, stealing MVA checks in my name? I am 19.

You need to take a deep breath. You should not sue your father -- it typically destroys relationships. Take the high road. Move out. Get your own job. Make your own money. Try to have a relationship with your father. If you can't, be your own man.

Best of luck.
