Civil lawsuit recourse for civil rights violations

If my civil rights were violated during my trial, could I have any rights to pursue civil action against the prosecution, the state and/or the foreperson (whom I believe involved)?

If you can prove that the jury was tainted then another trial may lie. The allegations raised are not easily proven.
