Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

I recently picked up my vehicle from service facility and the adviser stated I would get a 15% discount for the repairs that were being made. When I looked at the invoice it stated 15% discount, but was actually calculated at 12%. I looked at a fellow customer's invoice and hers was similar stating a 10% discount but actually 8%. Is this legal? Is this a misrepresentation of a legal document?

It can be deemed misrepresentation if the individual induced you and other customers with his representation of 15% off. I am not sure what you mean by a "legal document" because that is often times deemed a term of art. The question is whether you approached him and got the entire 15% off if not what his explanation was for why not.
